We've seen some seriously easy DIY projects for many years on the Internet. As much as we would like to work as soon as possible, there's something to be said about those projects that are more complex than others.
The building's mechanical mower from scratch is no mean feat, but if you have the skills, no mower in the world that will be effective and as low cost as yours. The guy in the video below manages to build a mechanical ground drive mower mostly from junk.
Of course, he had to buy some things, e.g. V-belts, rear axle and some bearings, but everything else is made from recycled materials and scrap metal.
